  • Entrance Fees (one time) is payable upon receipt of the Admission Letter.
  • Further enquiries can be made with secretariat at 03-2691 5062
  • Upon completion of application form, please fax to IPRM Secretariat at 03-2692 5064.

 

Your payment and original form should then be mailed to the Secretariat office.
